Looked to be a beautiful day but pictures don't tell the whole story.
Fished realy hard under less than optimum conditions until finally I got this nice size smallie.
What made it bad was the wind. It pushed the boat all over the river, hid the rocks and gave me little time to concentrate on fishing.
But, towards the end of my outing it appeared I had figured out how to catch a couple. Another nice one!
You can see the wind gusts on the water.
Then this little one. Still a fish and still fun to catch. It also shows that the fish are continuing to repopulate.
Can't leave the river without a pic of the Rockville Bridge.
